I offer all services virtually for those who live in Colorado (the state where I'm licensed to practice). This allows me to see you in the comfort of your own home (or other private space) at a convenient time, without the need to travel to or from appointments. For many, online therapy is the ideal method for effective, accessible, and meaningful therapy.
Note: If you are located outside of Colorado for or plan to be located outside of Colorado for the majority of sessions, then - due to current licensing laws - I may be unable to work with you. There are a few states that allow some temporary practice via telehealth, so please feel free to ask me.

I have very unique availability. I offer early morning hours from as early as 4:00 AM (MT) for those who want to be seen before work, school, the rest of the house wakes up, or those who work atypical schedules or are simply awake and ready to go early in the morning. My final appointment slot for the day starts at 8:30 AM.
